Michael Tait & The Newsboys / Willamette Celebration Albany Oregon

I have been a Newsboys fan since the Going Public era and a Dc Talk fan since the Free at Last era but the idea of 1/3 of dc talk taking over the Newsboys is still strange for me. Don't get me wrong the new Newsboys album is wonderful but in all honesty its more of a Tait album then it is a Newsboys album. It's nice that Tait can sing some old Dc Talk songs but I do miss the songs from Tait's little side project. All in all it was a great performance but I will never look at this band as the Newsboys. This video was taken on Friday July 23, 2010.

i think the problem is that it's a dc talk singer with a band... you can't really tell it's the band is a part of the newsboys... except for some of the mixing/techno stuff... maybe tait could work on his australian accent :P
