No, it's leveled against secret societies in general. The secret societies existed before, as well as after, the USSR.

The full text of JFK's speech is available at jfklibrary, just google "The President and the Press: Address before the American Newspaper Publishers Association". It is leveled against the USSR and basically asks the "free American press" to watch its tongue, because the Reds are listening.A fine example of how you can tear a bunch of phrases out of context, throw some pretty images in and conjure a spooky conspiracy out of thin air. Mention of his assassination is a perfect finishing touch
