This is a good example of how a Command Performance sounds on vinyl. The use of 35MM film instead of tape widened the dynamics and sharpened the transients in Command Performances. I have an original copy of the 1964 'Command Performances' album.

This is a totally amazing album. Doc Severson on the trumpet and Tony Mottola on guitar. It doesn't get much better than this.
