  • Anyone is using it with a Mac? How does that work.

  • I use it with Ableton and Final Cut for when I need to go mobile, and the mac immediately recognizes it. the breakout is great for when I play live gigs as all i have to do is pull it out of the dock.

  • @proslambanomenos1Can you please Share the drive u have? I tried downloading it off of the site plenty of times and looked online for it but i can't find anything.... Please.

  • Can anybody help me get the Driver for Windows 7? Please i have tried downloading it off of the site and it wont let me...but i seen people say in forums that they got it, but wpont share.. =[ please or is there any other site where i can download it? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks.....

  • @gearwire what power supply does it need? Watts, volts, ac/dc, polarity... idk

  • This dude acts like Bill Murray in Caddyshack.

  • @proslambanomenos1 Forgot all about this... I eventually did get it working but it's still extremely buggy and various things will cause the onyx to lose it's firewire connection. A lot of things in Win7 seems to interfere with firewire devices.

  • @olejason yes it is. i use it all the time with win7 64bit.

  • The onyx satellite is NOT compatible with Windows 7 despite what their updated drivers say.

  • It's so sad that Mackie discontinued this great interface. I think this is perfect for home-recording users, because its selecting switch(MIC,Hi-Z, 2 Lines input) of 2 channels make users organize their instruments, mics and cables. Also, control room panel is awesome. What else other 2ch input interfaces has like this?

I really hope Mackie gets back on this amazing tool again.
