  • My son was 13 months, 35lbs and beginning to walk at the time I made this vid. The movements I made were fluid, controlled, and totally appropriate for a chunky toddler of his age/weight. There would be less stress on his neck than the many times he jerkily tumbled and fell while learning walking. If I were putting my newborn up onto my back then the adjusting movements would be different, to ensure safety for my baby as well as comfort for us both.

  • you LO i so content back there, gigglinh away. i agree w/ the person below.. i think your bouncing/sdjustments were his favorite part. i love the colors if your wrap. is it a storch?

  • I love your baby, he is so cute. I think the adjustments were his favorite part. I'm sure if he was having neck strain he would cry, not giggle. I'm hoping to get the hand of the back carry for my 4 month old, and I will of course be careful with her, but I might experiment with my 2 year old where I can be a little rougher. Thanks for the video.

  • u noe how u like sort of jerk the baby while tryign to fasten it properly....wouldnt that hurt the babies nek?
