My rendition of Queen's 1989 hit "The Miracle", played over a MIDI backing track on my Alembic Essence Bass.

ABOUT THE SONG
Composed by Freddie Mercury, "The Miracle" is one of the few songs credited to "Queen" after Mercury, May, Deacon and Taylor agreed to do so for the album.

Defined by guitarist Brian May as an "incredibly complex track", it was released as a 45 R.P.M., 7" vinyl single on November 27, 1989. It was the last of five singles off their 1989 album "The Miracle".

John Deacon, bassist of Queen, played the bass part for this recording.

  • Amazing, you're are very prolix. I really liked it. (Y)

  • @cibermato Thanks a lot for your comment; I'm glad that you liked it!

  • i like your bass sound what amp ,and bass do you have,

  • @jbelmaestro This particular video was recorded using my Alembic Essence. Onstage, I normally use an EBS Gorm 300 combo or a Fender Bassman head.

I never mike the amps for recording videos. Instead, I inject the sound of the bass into the computer using my Boss GT-6B pedal board.

You can find further information about my rig and gear on the credits at the end of each video and in the description of my channel, that you can reach by clicking on any of the BadFad2008 links in this page.
