cuba does not need free medical health they have it already, it is one of the few countries of the world where you don't need to pay for the doctor or medicine

in the US you need to pay, and it is expensive

I'm from el salvador. besides if you think communism is better than capitalism you are wrong! and if you think china is communist you're ignorant. this new party hasn't done shit. the crime rate has gone up, the economy has contracted, plans of abolishing the military (even though they're the ones helping us against the maras) have been considered, freedom of speech can now be punished, our taxes are higher, and foreign debt just keeps growing. these party sucks...

@ElBerracoObama yeah but both are ignorants good for nothing (US SIDE & FMLN) the dictators instead of encouraging foreign investment manipulated the economic structure for their enterprises to succeed in other words they were corrupted. Still the FMLN were fools who thought that they were gonna be save from "evil big companies" who were actually gonna give them jobs! I've been there and what ARENA (right-side) has done is shit just like FMLN! they're both too busy bashing each other...
