This week a teenager is feeling very stressed out about school starting and some of their upcoming classes, especially history class. This student feels like they're just mentally shutting down and almost about to lose it! What should they do?
We answer that question for this student by giving some helpful tips, advice, suggestions, ideas, and recommendations for how to handle stress from school. Hi Tim! I found this video very helpful! I've been down with the flu for 1,5 weeks and combined with me having CFS it takes a long time for my body to get better and I have no energy at all and a lot of pain :/ Last monday school started again and I haven't been to the classes but I am planning on going next monday. I feel stresses out because I have two weeks to finish all my projects and prepare for tests.. I will definitely put the tips into practice! Thanks!
