http://www.siliconvalleyfit.com/ Personal Trainer, Palo Alto | Here are some progressions of serratus anterior exercises for shoulder injury prevention or rehabilitation. If you have scapula winging, strengthening the serratus anterior may be appropriate. However, there are cases when strengthening the serratus anterior is not the first priority in correcting scapula winging.

  • @YC3347 thanx

  • @arifqureshi40 Im no expert on lifting, but I do lift a decent amount. This being said, I know from just plain lifting that you don't work the same muscle each day. You need to give it time to heal back up. Lifting is just degrading the muscle so it may grow back stronger for the next time. If you use it everyday, this gives it no time to grow back.

As for the amount of time you do for the exercise, try small reps (number of lifts in each set) if you're just starting out, then increase to more.

  • for how much time i have to do this exercise?

and should we do all exercises everyday ?

    Plz Reply
