We tried this piece, unfortunately we lacked a base and the cellist wasn't skilful enough to cover for him...

this is the best bass piece ever! i love this song!

if you must know, this is one movement in the carnival. the title 'elephant' refers to the music, played by entirely by double bass accompanied by piano.
of course its ridiculous to have a whole string orchest to play a song that recuire only the bass, but surely the camera guy is only recording only part of the perfomance. there are another song that showcase the high string instead.
