Watch the credits if you want to know what software/songs I used, GOSH!
I'm ignoring any question that is answered in the credits.

Rawr! This monster is FINALLY done!
150 to 200 hours is what this monster took me to finish! Yeah, it's crazy isn't it?

But I'm really glad I can deliver you my newest RSMV in a, without a doubt, shape that has never been seen before!

Enjoy!

Also, credits to Luigi 103 for thinking of the names for the spy twins

RuneScape font

Many people have been requesting the RuneScape font. You can download it here:
http://members.home.nl/maxthedragon/downloads.html
Below the downloading information is a guide that explains how to install it into your fonts folder.

WARNING!
If you are considering using artificial text too, do NOT start recording videoclips without ingame lines, before you know that you can actually do it. Adding fake text is a very time consuming, boring and hard task.

-----------

Music

The Morrighan's music can be bought on:
http://www.morrighan.com

If you are interested in getting this particular song, I might want to note that this song is NOT the original version, It is an edit by "7 inch" (yes, I didn't know that until 3 months after the upload, thanks to Conradtaal for posting this!)

So what's new?
Let's list the key features!

- RuneScape HD HD

Many videos are recorded in RuneScape HD, but in a fixed window.
This video is recorded on a bumpin' resolution of 1600x1000!

- Artificial text

Yep, that's right. Almost all of the text in this video is fake and made in Sony Vegas. Kinda what some other videomakers out there do, but then way more realistic!
I've spent a lot of time on figuring out how to make a realistic as possible looking text.
The reason that I did this is the first place is because text would turn out way too small (because of the large resolution recordings) but it also came with some other advantages!

- Emote timing

Because I was free to start and end a text whenever I wanted, I had the freedom to play any emote, any time at any position. I could slow it down/speed up/change order without the text messing up.

- Trimming

Kinda what I would call it. Trimming would be adding certain effects onto EVERY clip to make the clips look better. This includes Glow, Level, Chroma Keyer, Color Curves etc.

- Sky Replacement

Removing the fog'ish RuneScape sky and putting up a sky of my own, very simple. Looks pretty cool huh?

  • Wintumber lol? Win.

  • @iloveusarah8 That is actually the last month of the year in the world that is RuneScape ;)

  • Please masterhyperg AND EVERY1!!!! I see lot of ppl think runescape years out like 99 1736 1800 etc. But runescape is years 169! ! Oh where i know it you ask? Becuz in varock achivement diary there is 1 task what u have to do in varrock palace libary and it you read there: this book is made in year 160 Then your character says : That means its 9 years out of date. That means runescape is year 169

  • @poemees I know :P We have been in the year 169 for 10 years, in fact.

But because the video is made in RuneScape, doesn't necessarily mean it follows the RuneScape storyline. This video has a storyline of it's own. I picked the year 999 to fit the storyline (the loss of the equilibrium causes the earth to be destructed by the millennium)

  • Sucks how this isn't on iTunes.

  • I still remember seeing this for the first time. I literally had my jaw drop. The editing was THAT amazing, without completely removing the graphics of RS, like many other RSMV's (EX: where you just basically have flashing lights everywhere and you don't see the environment). This also isn't completely interpreted literally such as like...95% of the videos I see.

5/5. Forget this new like system.
