  • Not really. I read her book. She said that when she was younger she worked out a lot but now she only does yoga a few times a week. Her muscles have good memory and she is careful about her portions. She has a very healthy mentality.

  • I guess vomiting up your meals is natural. I don't think her nose job is very natural though.

  • @chroniclerofthe70s I never said anything about only eating protein a body needs fat and carbs as well...I said if your body is a protein TYPE you need predominantly proteins and fats and less carbs, if you are a carb type you need more carbs (veggies/fruits etc and less fats and proteins proportionally). It's about your personal metabolic type, not what Bethenny is eating. And as I said, she looks sickly, she needs some fat in her system, her body is eating itself, look at her face structure.

  • @chroniclerofthe70s I agree. There's ppl who eat unhealthy, smoke/drink & live well into old age. It comes down to genetic makeup I guess. I never deprive myself of having something that's not all that great for me because what kind of life what that be? Just moderation is the key.

  • @SumNJFella Perhaps your comment was a response to someone else's comment on physical activity. If this is the case, then by all means my comment was not applicable. I was suggesting that physical acitivity and nutrition cannot guarantee health. Although it can increase the odds of living healthy, individuals may develop a false sense of security.

  • @SumNJFella So what? There are individuals in this world who drank, smoked, and consumed large amounts of cholesterol rich latent foods who are living healthy past the age of 100 years.  Most lived rather sedentary lifestyles.

  • @MOTS411 A liter of water also has alot of calories. It's about each person's unique metabolism. Health is more a matter of genetics. There are many people in the world who consumed fatty foods, smoked, and drank alcohol who are living healthy beyond the age of 100 years. It's very difficult to live only on protein the liver will respond by synthesizing free fatty acids. It is truly a genetic lottery yet epigenetics also has a role to play.

  • People, this woman IS NOT HEALTHY!!! She is SICK, look at her bones sticking out of her body. She is obsessed with calories and low fat and that is NOT healthy! Also people have to be careful following a person's diet like hers. If you are a protein type you can't eat like a carbo type and vice versa. Read Gary Taubes books to really understand why we get fat or Food as Medicine by Khalsa.
