i done that and worn thick black leggings before i put ducktape round my legs so it did nt hurt coming off. however my friend paint my toes for a laughand ducktape my feet up to my toes also all the way up to my neck it was really funny but tiring when they put it over my mouth.

wear leggings when doing it again alot comfortable
