Being able to accelerate front tumbling make the more difficult skills easier. Here Tony show drills for the handspring front and handspring front layout using an inclined mat.

  • A fronthandspring is where you hurdle into it, a flyspring you bounce off two feet

  • @gymshiv I think it just depends on what country you live in. In Australia we also call them flysrpings ... and we called backhandsprings backflips or just flips.

  • @R34lH0pe Apparently its got two different names, its a flyspring aswell, like a backhandspring can be a backhandspring or a Flick
