love this joke. i think this version is better than the one on his album. however, i saw him perform this live at sub pop 20. one guy shouted out "take him to the cuff" to which he responded "what does that mean? oh, is that when you make someone almost cum and then stop?" brilliant

@lookout4kneegrows yeah ill give you that and ive started to watch eugene mirman and he is funny. i just angry over people copying other peoples jokes (not to say he did).  Dennis leary, Dane Cook, Carlos Mencia to me are the lowest form of entertainers after what they did

@30RyanMiller Playing dead when attacked by bears is common knowledge, im sure many comedians have bits about it. Also he is talking with the audience and just adding funny comments, there for its probably not plagiarism.  I did go find the clip you were talking about and they do both say that bears spread the roomer that you should play dead. But thats all these routines have in common. Its not like he pulled a Led Zeppelin or Carlos Mencia here lol.
