yo me and my bro just got two javelins for our first cars!!!!! my bro has a 71 amx and i got a 74 amx!!!!!! we found them both in texas like less than ten miles from where we live. isnt that awesome

i like this but i believe that burn out should have streched a little farther :P i mean i got a 71 hornet with a 360 and 727 it has an 850 4 barrel amc torquer dealership intake cam and headman headers its awesome and so is your car good to see im not the only one unafraid to beat my amc :)

i like all of these cars but i love the 71 - 74 cars!

I like both models, but I think the 71+ are more unique in their style. I honestly don't know how anyone could hate it?

someone on the comments had said the 71-71 are ugly compared to the 68-70. but i see the comment is gone now. I own a 71 javelin :) i like it alot

The 360 will eventually come out - It's getting pretty tired. 130,000 miles on it and all. Still runs good though. I've got a 401 that I'll go thru eventually and stuff in her.
My current best time was 14.5, that's with the mostly stock 360 and 3.15 gears. :)
The only mods are a Holley 600, Performer Intake, Pertronix Ignitor and Headman hedders.
