@Hiroshimatwinky You can still roam around everywhere and wrap up any quests you had left only...

*spoiler* leaving many, or all people alive doesnt make much of a change, if you had enough funds for a good army, that is... however if your treasury was as good as empty, and you had (almost) all people die, essentially everyone is dead and gone... virtually all towns will be empty. idk what impact that has on quests, shops or real estate income though. *spoiler*
