this is so sick man. pretty much my fav verve song, proper nailed it. i got a boss dd20 delay pedal and you can do stuff like this on it. not quite as complex tho. i think the chorus of the song hardest to do cos the chord changes but youve already laid down the bassline drone on d.
still this is fuckin amazing

Thanks for the kind words. The think I like about verve songs is how the droning fits different sections of songs. I do have to be selective of my covers because of this. If you watch Catching the Butterfly and 6 O'clock, you'll see how I have to pick songs that are of similar structure so I can have that droning throughout the songs so it isn't really thick at one part then really thin when I get to other parts. One Way To Go go is another one that works like that. Do you do covers?
