Which filters did you use to obtain those colors ? Thanks.
-
Definitely. The only way to really use both is to stick a wide lens on and open up the aperture slightly and then keep the same distance when walking with your subject. Its impossible otherwise to operate and change focus.

is it hard to film with a ex1 with a letus all on a glide cam?

You put an EX1+DOF+Lens+monitor on a steadicam Flyer? How did the flyer handle that...because it seems a bit heavy for the flyer arm...:)

@rogerbartist It definitely worked. The monitor goes underneath on the bottom of the sled next to the weights so its just EX1+Adaptor+Lens on Zacuto Rails. You just have to have some heavy batteries on the bottom to equal out the weight. These days its all Mark IV/5D on the Steadicam so no worries about weight.

Thanks! Yeah its a great setup, although expensive. If I were you, I'd consider the Canon 5D or 7D as another camera. It really pairs well and the images are incredible. Plus you have 22 or 18MP still capabilities too. its also lightweight...I mean the EX1+Letus is like a tank compared to it. Whatever you decide, they are all great!

@91ststudios are you still shooting with the EX1 or what are you shooting with these days?

@dhad1976 Nah, I'm pretty much entirely Canon DSLR with Zeiss and L primes. We have an FS100 with Leica glass that we use for interviews.
