My wife makes this chili at least once a month and we love it! She entered it in a chili contest at the hospital she works at with 20 other chili recipes and won FIRST PLACE!!! Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe :) It even tastes great with ground beef after you've ran out of your venison burger late in the Summer! Thanks KY Afield

If you will add a cup of unflavored oatmeal it will improve your consistency and the starch brings everything together,,,,
