After Effects Example Boom Shadow Motion Graphics

Very nicely done. I never would've thought there was a shadow there. How did you do it? Clone stamp frame by frame?

I have a couple shots in a film I'm working on where I have to remove my cameraman's shadow... what method did you use for this?
