Columbia (Viva~tonal!) 2217-D (150482) "The Yellow Dog Blues (He's Gone Where The Southern Cross The Yellow Dog)" Fox Trot (Handy) Ted Lewis and his Band. Recorded on April 18, 1930 (Thanks 'Fromthesidelines'). First issued circa late 1930. Played on my Columbia 163.

  • I have a Model 163 and it is also nice, and weighs a ton. These machines can belt out alot of volume in my opinion are as loud as any table top model and probably as loud as many of the console models. I am not sure why the are so heavy. I would say yours sounds great!!!
