@DeathMinnion I still say Arnold contributed to the sport much more. There are so many training methods that he pioneered etc.

Love it! Lou is the best ever... set the real standard for size, yes arnold was big, but lou was much bigger and got bigger during his career

Everyone who worked out in the 1970s were on steroids.
Why? as they were just seen as supplements back then. Truth is, a lot of the legal supplements people use now, will probably end up being banned sooner or later.
Mean Joe Green, of the Pittsburgh Steelers, said steroids were part of everyday training sessions in the nfl back then.
As I said, can't compare it to today. It was a level playing field, as everyone did it. Plus, they were seen as supplements
