September, I can't beleive. December or November would make sense, but September would be too soon to the iPad 2 and iPod launches

@fligabob November and December is not feasable. Its the busiest time for pretty much every retailer (holiday season) - doesn't make sense in launching an iPad during these months (especially when the iPod touch gets updated in September... would make sense to have the one event for the entire 'i' range)

AGHH!!!!!! About to update the air my gosh, I was saving up to buy one in June now I may have to wait. Technology is good but moves way to fast for my wallet

@legobrickfilms1 yeah i see where your coming from. One of the good things about Apple is that you know they have a yearly (approx) lifecycle with their products. But now with a 'rumoured' MBA refresh and a iPad 3 later this year - it looks as if things are changing. That said, it could be that this year is the exception - MBA may be getting a refresh due to Lion and the iPad 3 to basically change the date of the yearly lifecycle - to bring it on par with the holiday season.

@CameronsTechChannel you might be right but at least his channel offers all the news in one place. Not everyone has the time to scout through 5/6 websites everyday looking for news. It's much easier to subscribe to this champion and get all the news straight to your youtube homepage and receive it in a well presented friendly video! keep doing your think @theunits3
