in the console, or bind it to a key. So press the backquote key

~ <----That one, next to the "1" which is next to "2" :]

Then type in the console "impulse 142". Also, you can bind it to a key so when you press that key the command is executed. In order to do that, find a key that isn't already being used for something (like J) then:

bind J "impulse 142"

(quotes and all)
