Technically Xerox didn't know that Gui (which i'm assuming is what your talking about) would be big and they didn't want it steve jobs knew it would be plus their GUI didn't even work well.

lol mac crashes you take it to apple store to fix it. if you have warranty and actually isint under the 2006 versions and then wait 3 working days . or in the pc world pc crashes and boot to last time period it word usually yesterday
