Learn to make delicious whole wheat rolls. Simple recipe, great results. This version uses a mixer, but recipe works just as well by hand.

  • Still confused is it 2tsp and 1/4 or is is 2 tbs??? Pleas help I will be making these tomrrow

  • These make the best rolls!!! I highly recommend using both kinds of flour just because whole wheat bread is very dense and the two flours makes them very light and fluffy!!!

  • how much yeast did she use? O:

also, could we mix it entirely by hand? I don't have the machine, but I really want to make some rolls.

  • @lyndalmw

    that's impossible

one package of yeast is for 4 cups of flour and it is 2 teaspoons and 1/4

2 tablespoon would be like 3 packaged and would be for 10 cups of flour

  • how much yeast is used in the recipe?

  • I watched her and it looks like more than 1 Tablespoon. So I made the recipe with 2 T. of yeast. They turned out perfectly, just like the ones in the video. I have never been able to make fluffly rolls with ww flour before. I am thrilled!

  • what if we dont have that like food processor?

  • How much yeast do you add to the recipe?

  • when she keeps them in the oven first they r diffrent then the ones she rolls them as the row of buns r in 5s
