This alternator unit was from a Wolf petrol 2.5hp 1200w genny. not ideal as the original unit spun at 3,200 rpm, I have converted this to a pma-pmg using Neodymium magnets within alternator. Made power but voltages quite low which i am addressing as time allows, may use a voltage doubler, very smooth & quiet so doesn't annoy the neighbours, work in progress not viable power producer as shown.
I have found some excellent design pma's with good/ top outputs and robust so i will modify it and fit one as soon as i can get one over.

  • do you think is work with alternator car? if work can you tell me please how can i make it? thank you...

  • If geared up and with a low field yes, car alternator can easily make 35+ Amps, impossible to explain it all in a short message, you need welding & some basic electrical knowlege also.
