@amezonfreak They've been using that wolf as the main puppet for the Big Bad Wolf since at least 1987, and may still use it for other wolves (such as Jackman Wolf, that wolf in "Sing Hoot and Howl," etc.)

Aw man! Muppet Classic Theater is such an awesome video! After all these years, I still have it!
-
@muppetlover16 I know that! But did you ever seen the muppet classic theater?
I mean she was in the 3 pigs with here nephews Andy and Randy as Sandy.
-
@collgoff No the Wolf would huff and puff and blow her away
-
that Blue monster sounds like Sweetums and Forgetful Jones.
-

i'm hoping that the frog knows a good lawyer!
-
Muppet frogs and wolves blow things in. Real frogs and wolves of course not.
-
That was great! I beleive that I recall seeing this great sketch! Thanks again. :)
-
haha, suing and lawyers on sesame street. this is so for adults too
i love how Kermit thought he did it it reminds me of something from Okami.. and then he blamed in on the air
well this wolf is certainty better than the one on the 3 little pigs sketch, either this or this house was built more shoddily!!
-
I don't think those monsters had to be so hard on Kermit.

Well, if it was anyone other than David, it was probably Joey. But the funny thing is, after I saw that episode the first time, I saw that Muppet Wiki didn't list David among the wolf's performers, so I started wondering. But then I happened upon the episode a second time, and I still perceived the wolf as sounding just like David. Joey's (typical) voice is a bit higher than the one used for the wolf. So I guess we won't know for certain any time soon.

OK I think that one was from 2005. I thought that was Joey Mazzarino doing the wolf. I've heard him use that voice for the wolf in the 2004 episode when the wolf huffs and puffs every time he loses a game.

I know about that gray wolf, but I mean the purple one. There was a recent episode where the wolf was training Elmo and Zoe to become wolves like him, and in the end, Gordon was chosen. Although Muppet Wiki never mentions Rudman, it's obvious that he was the one voicing the wolf. He sounded just like a muffled Baby Bear, and his voice didn't fit the wolf's appearance at all. I guess all performers have their not so great moments every so often.
-
If you ask me, I think the wolf was setting the frog up. Frogs can't blow houses in.
-
That was Tyler Bunch, if you were referring to the large gray wolf that sang "HUFF AND PUFF!" The purple wolf was voiced by Jerry Nelson, he appeared in episode 4149 this season. However, Marty Robinson, Kevin Clash and Joey Mazzarino have occasionally played the wolf when Nelson wasn't available, but today Joey almost always plays one of the three little pigs (the second is now always a female, and the third is Eric Jacobson)
-
Heck, he sure beats David Rudman, who performed the wolf at one point this season. Badly miscast.
haha this is hilarious.back to my childhood thanks for posting it
