Trapping Glitch in Pokémon Black: Fainted at 1 HP

Here's what happened. I sent a Palpitoad out against a Darmanitan of a much higher level (just for kicks). Darmanitan used hammer Arm on Palpitoad... it knocked its HP down to 1, then it said "Palpitoad fainted!" and it dropped off the screen.

From here, you cannot attack, use items, switch Pokémon, or run (No running is just due to the Trainer Battle). Whatever I did, I just got the message "Darmanitan used Hammer Arm... but it failed!" Even if I tried to attack.

There is no way to back out from this glitch... you must turn off the game and start from your last save point.

Sorry about the quality, I just grabbed my camera as quick as I could to shoot this when it happened. I was not prepared for it AT ALL.

This happened to me twice. One time I had been training for 8 hours and hadn't saved :-@ Nearly threw my 3DS across the room.

Dude, the same crap happened to me and I took a video of it with my phone. I'm trying to exp. share train my Charizard and accidentally switch into it, Metagross uses Zen Headbutt and my Charizard had some hidden focus sash lol, but now he won't faint. I can't heal, switch or run. smh -_--

This happened to me just now... I was in the Elite Four against Caitlin and I sent out my level 68 Braviary against her level 71 Reuniclus. I used Crush Claw and it didn't do much damage, then she used thunder and my pokemon fainted with 1 hp. Then it asked me to switch Pokemon when I did, my game froze.
