When Ian's grand-niece, Jessie (Beatrice Savoretti), moves in with him, their routine is broken and the girl tries Ian's patients with her defiant attitude. But, Maurice is fascinated by the girl and tries to win her over by showing her the cultural sights of London. Through their unlikely friendship, Maurice finds that he still has much to learn at his age and Jessie finds a new respect for herself and others. Directed by Roger Michell.
