Here is my best attempt to do one dragon flag with perfect form. How did I do?

  • @Marshtipping I was able to do it the first time I tried it, although I practiced a while before filming it.

  • @CowbotSteveSpurs, yes slower is harder. For me going too slow tends to cause muscle cramps in my quads and calf muscles. Just a few reps is a really hard workout.

  • i can do this really good. but you have to look out for the "gap" or "bridge" ..keep in mind that your holding your body with your upper back, so when you go down..a space b/w your back and the bench must be shown...but you did really good! keep it up!! and if you feel like your not getting enough air STOP IMMEDIATLY ..i almost knocked myself out a couple of times..

  • @CowboySteveSpurs it definitely would but it would be much harder to do more reps but quality over quantity =)

    I have two notes about your form:

    1. Complete the motion touching the pelvis to the bench.

    2. Do you have some kind of kyphosis?
