Hello how do I activate the ILS that is actually the LOC and G / S. For me, if I freq-adjusting at RAD / NAV but the diagrams are the two rose-pink dots do not come and he is not the LOC. What am I doing wrong?

People like him are sensitive, only think of themselves. I wouldn't care about the GPWS. Better to show the truth than to cover it :)

dont sink comes on when u replay the vid its like a glitch even if ure on the right glideslope

No, don't look at it that way.
I was the exact same too when new to producing videos.
If you hadn't of had the GPWS in the video, you probably would've had more
5* or a more discussed video.
It makes the quality of video better.
And no. I haven't payed attention to the PAPI's on FS9 since I just returned back to playing it.

I see you a re a very sensitive individual about the flight sim vids,eh? Fact is, this vid was done a long time ago and I was new to editing, so I had no way of filtering out the extra noise. Another fact...some airports in FS9 do not have a proper glide slope...haven't you ever noticed that?
