  • Doesn't next to ALL of the yummy steak juices drip out with that cooking method????

    Why not just grill it?

  • hey skewer the steak long ways, not the way you have it. a better steak recipe:

    pre heat oven to 350. rub bbq or steak rub on your steak, let sit for 5 minutes. heat cast iron skillet on stove until crazy hot. when smokin hot, add olive/veg oil. oil should smoke, when added to pan. add steak, and sear/blacken the first side until dark. flip, and do the same thing to the other side. slide into oven for 5 minutes, for med rare. (1 inch steak)

  • Mmmm looks ace, what's it weigh and how long did that take?

  • Next time slide it on horizontally. Avoid the ends being burnt and center rare.
