Vuzix, with the help of Columbia University, has developed what all of us AR enthusiasts would cause foaming at the mouth - glasses that stream AR, blurring the line of real life and the digital world. Admittedly, the hardware is nearly there, but the applications being showcased with it can improve tenfold. We're excited to see this develop further, as potential for consumer applications will be SWEET. The hardware will be available (hopefully) in Q2, priced at $800. www.efactormedia.com

  • I would love this! And since glasses can, by nature, show different images to each eye, I'm assuming you'd see full 3D overlays?

    I want this.

    -IMP ;) :)
