You only extract when it has a white center, then you need to extract. Buy an extractor and a grab a needle. Put the tips in a Alcohol for ten mins, only if there is a clearly raised white center- prick at a 45 degree angle and use the extractor to extract- if you do it right you won't scar. The bacteria has to come out.

do pop ur pimples...after popping put some aloevera gel on it...it will heal up to cosmetic level...no scar!!

i agree... After its popped you can cover it up with makeup more easily and it'll go away and start to heal more quickly. I've tried to just leave it, but it bothers me wayyyy to much.
