Very nice -- beautiful drawings, too! It seems very pat. The actual message is, "Pay attention to your customers." Then the point of this video is, "To listen to your customers, monitor the social networks." Sure, but social networks have a bias, just like other forms of media -- the social media can be dominated by vocal/social outliers, not necessarily a cross-section of the customer base. YT comments, for example, may be designed to promote the commenter at the expense of the product.
