In one ending you push Mary Barrows into the control panel at the end instead of having her attacked by crows. She gets electrocuted in a fairly epic manner.

@Gaznugget because mary is a satanic woman who takes people to her mansion so bobby can kill them. if mary wasn't nice at the start the girls wouldn't want to be with her in the mansion. also I think dan's body is made of dead bodies to protect him. that would probably explain why bobby is killing others.
