  • Saturday is the most convenient day for the working class to be home and receive/sign for packages and mail (instead of getting an attempt the following Monday and having to leave work during the week to pick it up at a faraway PO! befor closing time!)... Re: Privatization/contracting: Be careful not to get the "wrong" enitity to manage the mail! ... I just learned about the states of WA and OR and mail-in voter ballots. Ouch! .... 44cents vs. $5.17 for a piece of mail? USPS ROCKS!

  • Thats darth vader at 19:00...lol

  • @dollgonegood You are also going to pay more for a 4x8' piece of plywood than a builder that is buying in "bulk" if you will. So in effect THEY are subsidizing your piece of plywood. If it were'nt for bulk mailers sending out the amount of mail that they do the cost of a 1st class letter would be way more than $.44. Do you also think Newspapers need to be done away with? They have every bit as much advrts and coupons etc.....and they end up in landfills as well.

  • Businesses should pay higher postage than they do right now. For two reasons Number One to help protect the air, trees and landfills If postage was more less junk would be mailed. Number Two Right now my postage's is higher because it has to subsidize business under cost postage. I also think less flue would be used think about the times you have went to the mail box it it was nothing more ADD's and you tossed it out without reading it..

  • Tax dollars are not used for the postal Offices.

  • This vedio is showing the real problem, CONGESS, not that the white house is innocent.
