The EU created Frontex. They did it because they don't want refugees to come to France, Portugal, etc. Refugees are leaving their home because they can't eat, they are starving to death and the only option left is leave for a better place. Thanks to Frontex, refugees are now dying to even try to save their own existence and they get caught!
