@jooneyrotten Dude Im from Chennai only, but we hv to agree there is NO real punk scene anywhere in India.. just small bands here and there.. We can only dream of punk scenes and venues like cbgb etc..

I was at the gig when all this happened and even met the band after the show and all I have to say is that while the rest of the country has a relatively small punk crowd, Chennai has a decent punk following and that is why they got a good reception.
As for the show, all I can say is that, I didn't mind any of it and neither did any of the people I know and we all went beserk. The only people who had a problem was probably fucking MTV who had got them down.
