wow it all sounds fantastic untill they get to an academy or school of excellence,and then are tought 1 touch football,and the emphasis at 14 + is on height and strength,which in turn destroys there ability to express themselfs and has nothing to do with tecnical ability,its the top end where english football fails these kids,and the result is we are years behind spain and france and allways will be untill the quality of pro club coaches improves.
