Horses Plunge to Death in "Suicide" Race

these people are sick, driving their beautiful animals just for money! and the people in the crowd are even more sick for cheering them on! what has this world come to? if these horses live after an episode like that, they'll be traumatised for life!

That's just sick!

I don't understand why those people are cheering for this sick activity. This should be illegal, this is pure torture, it's illegal to hurt animals so why this is supposed to be legal? Because it's a race? Hell no!

This is pure cruelty. There's no doubt about it. Whoever questions that quite obviously has a sick and twisted mind.

i fail to see the joy in this. and the whole crowd cheering? in finnish we say "joukossa tyhmyys tiivistyy"

The reaction of the people as he yells "are you ready for the suicide race" makes me sick! I wanna do such illegal things to people who think THIS is amusment and entertaining

Horses weren't native to North America. They didn't come to the continent until Europe brought them over.

And what is the point of this race? To injure your horse and quite possibly kill your horse? And why is the crowd cheering? What is so great about seeing horses tumbling down a hill?
I hope that all those riders fall down that hill and see how fun it is. -sarcasm-

p.s. what ya should do, is go to the event and see how many of you non-injunz partake/consume alcohol/cheer for this/pollute this river with your garbage,puke and excrement and raucous disrespectful behavior at not only each other, but the hosting town of Omak and across the river on our tribal land and its occupants. . ..you should see our land when ya ll leave on the Sunday...thats the travesty-cause ya all really do know better. . .
