@zebidee55 What a perfect description of her cover. :) She does do it justice. I'd love to hear her do a professional studio recorded version of this. Others have done good covers, except Jason Mraz. His is just... smarmy. Ick.

She always seemed like she could turn in an instant, like... You know? Fierce, but not in the current use of the word. I think that's what makes her such an amazing performer. And singing this...It's such a nice "other" side.

Wow, that is one of the best covers I have heard for The Rainbow Connection. Its very faithful to the original Paul Williams version as well.
