try again... coms were introduced to monitor information.
the cable co's have the power to track and prioritize packets. the technology gives the gateways the ability to force low priority packets to be the last data through.
so voice packets from the tell modem are #1, data modem is #2 tv data is #3. and third party voice is #4. I installed these servers.
