  • @exsigint Did you adjust the pivot screw? If not thats it for sure. The Axis lock needs usually needs adjusting with a simple turn of the pivot. When tight you can't flick open the knife, when loose it flicks v/easily but can rattle. You will be able to get it just right no worries. I love all kinds of knives, but in my exp the AXIS lock is toughest, and I really abuse all of my blades. Cheers.

  • @bebegique Self-opened proof? I've not heard that term before, but I take you mean - is it impossible for the knife to open by accident? If you do, then it pretty much is, due to the design of the Axis lock keeping positive pressure on keeping the blade in the handle when closed.
