Whether they are lazy or not, you work for them. you perform a service, you suck it up and you do it with the knowledge that people have suffered worse for you to have the freedom to do so. so when they talk shit you look straight ahead and keep performing. discipline always. you know what your duty was and why you did it. that is all that matters.
