I'm in their Teacher's College now, & I love it! I've recommended this school to a number of people, including my hubby, who is also now a student, in their IT program. =)

It depends on which college you are in at WGU.

The teacher's college is very connected and lively. Others are somewhat less so....

I also went to a commuter college for my bachelor's degree. Trust me, I have connected with more students at WGU in my first 6 months of my MBA, than I did in 5 years at my state school. You may want to have the experience, before you make an unfounded opinion...

I go to Northeastern Illinios University, and that's a commuter school (no dorms), even so I hardly know any people to the extent that this woman "grew" up with on-line. Bunch of BS.
