The beauty and the complexity of Life is always simple.
People make life ugly and complicated. Michel Odent is right to say "Keep it simple". I gave birth alone, standing up in the darkness of my bedroom and I had a wonderful help : the Earth itself. The force of gravity helped me so much. The silence and the solitude also helped me. I feel blessed that I had this experience. My only regret is that I may not live another experience like this again.
We should always keep everything simple.
