Recorded at a jam in 1986. Dale Teeple played the accordian as back-up for Graham. This was a great medley of Celtic tunes.

  • It's not hand clapping you are hearing. That was Graham tapping his foot.

  • Great fiddling. Any way to edit out the ridiculous hand clapping??

  • arthr seat up until 0:38, eugene stratton until 1:16, then banks

  • what a talent he was

  • As good a job on these as I have heard yet on these tunes. These tunes were popularized in Cape Breton by Scotty Fitzgerald.

  • Arthur Seat (J. Scott Skinner), then Eugene Stratton (J. Scott Skinner), then Banks (attributed to "Parazotti").

    And nice job, incidentally.

  • I've owned vinyl albums by Graham Townsend for probably 30-35 years but I never got a chance to see him play. He makes it look effortless. Thanks for sharing.

  • He was a great fiddler, and he loved these jam sessions and love lots of fun always, it was always a good time whenever he came down to visit. Thanks so much!
